Featured project: Villa Awan Biru
Villa Awan Biru is designed with a green mindset. We used only locally available building material. By positioning enough openings in the villa, we ensure enough cross ventilation and natural daylight.
The villa retains most of its native trees and plants by keeping on-site nursery.
Large over-hang, keeps the in-door area cool during the day. The bedrooms are using LED lightings.
The villa retains much of the natural contour and using loose limestones boulder to retain soil.
The villa is using terazzo vanity top counter and terazza basin and bath tubs which is more environmentally than the off-the shelf options.

Various green steps that we take to create a sustainable house:
- Go LOCAL! Use only locally availaible sustanaible or recycled building material.
- Perform a thorough study of geographical condition and climatic conditionto to achieve efficient buidlng climatisation (eg. passive cooling)
- Extending sustainable design from interior to exterior by eg. careful selection of vegetation, choice of permeable paving materials.
- Recycling gray water and harvesting rain water.
- Planning green waste management.
- Use energy efficient electrical applicances.
